Our regional cancer center is the nucleus of exceptional cancer care, provided in a variety of settings that offer patients and their families a comfortable and healing environment close to home. In addition to a dedicated 33-bed inpatient for cancer patients, our state-of-the-art outpatient facilities are conveniently located on campus for the delivery of chemotherapy and advanced radiation therapy.

The highly-experienced physicians, nurses and staff at the J. Phillip Citta Regional Cancer Center have long been recognized for providing quality and compassionate cancer care. In fact, Community Medical Center has been accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons as a “Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program” since 1986. As a part of the comprehensive cancer program, Community Medical Center offers a host of support services to teach patients and their families how to cope with the emotional aspects of a cancer diagnosis.
